Product Description

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. HULK Metal lifting pin anchor system, consists of a cast in a spherical head anchor (also known as a pin or "dog-bone") and a matching lifting link which quickly engages in the anchor ready for the crane hook.

2. The Lifting pin Anchors are made in a range of sizes for loads up to 45 t grouped together with a lifting link for each classified group. There is an appropriate rubber recess former to ensure that the concrete is cast in the correct shape. Pin Anchors are clearly labeled with the load allowable to avoid mismatch or confusion and the recess ensures that a larger link cannot be engaged in a smaller anchor from a different classified group.

3.The Lifting pin  anchor is forged from round material St 52-3 or stainless steel 1.4401 with load groups from 1.3 up to 32 t. Special anchors for higher loads are available. The anchors are available in different lengths, depending on their application. Longer anchors are used in reduced edge spacings or for low concrete strengths.

4.Packing. For the small size 1.3T-7.5t packaged in bags and then in plywood case, for big size will be packaged in plywood cases directly.

5.Tensile testing:
All production process according to ISO9001 standard, we will make tensile testing within in production process as QCM and make dimension inspeciton, tensile testing before shipment and issue HULK Metal's report for our client.
